Bob has been with McElwain Motors for 32 years.  He started working for the company as a salesman in 1976.  In 1990 he took the position of sales manager and remained there until 2004 when he returned to serving customers as a salesman.  Bob appreciates the McElwain philosophy of taking care of the customer before, during and after the sale as without our customers we have no business.  In his spare time he enjoys watching his two sons, Robbie and Michael, participate in school sports.  He also enjoys playing golf and going to Steeler and Pirate games.  His #1 goal is to have previous and potential customers totally satisfied in sales and service.

Jeff began working for Cory Olds-Cadillac in Beaver Falls in 1982.  He continued working there after McElwain's purchased the dealership in 1992.  Jeff is working on his 26th year in automobile sales.  He enjoys his work because every day brings something different-there are no set routines.  He always enjoys meeting and dealing with many very nice people.  In his spare time Jeff likes to hunt, watch sports, work outside in his garden and go for walks with his wife and dog, Aggie.  He believes in treating customers with respect and honesty at all times and upholds the McElwain motto of providing customers with excellent service before, during and after the sale. 

Nick has been providing service to customers since 1977.  He enjoys his customers and likes to wait on them.  In his spare time he manages American Legion Baseball and loves to watch college basketball.  He has been married 26 years and has two sons currently attending college at Pitt and YSU. 

Tony Nocera, Jr. is the newest member of the McElwain sales team. He previously sold vehicles in Florida.  He enjoys the way the staff at McElwain Motors gets along with each other.  He also loves Hawaiian shirt day.  His hobbies include the dance dance revolution and dressing like Kevin Bacon in the movie "Footloose".    He also enjoys the Rocky Horror Picture Show.

Steve has been a member of the sales team for 10 years.  He enjoys that McElwains is not a high pressure dealership.  His hobbies include hunting, fishing, race cars, baseball and football.

Cookie has been working at McElwain Motors for 11 years.  She is a great help to many departments at the dealership.  She enjoys meeting the customers.  Away from work she has fun camping, gardening and going to the beach. 

Brad has worked at McElwains for 22 years.  He worked in the body shop for 11 years as a laborer and manager then moved on to the service department for a brief time.  He has been a member of the sales team for the past 11 years.  He enjoys working with the employees here and feels it is a great place to work.  He also enjoys working with Kevin.  His hobbies include golf and watching sports.
